Epping Cemetery Tour

On Saturday 19^th August, the Whittlesea Historical Society conducted a Cemetery Tour of the Epping Cemetery which is located on the corner of High Street and O’Herns Road Epping. The Vice President, Mr Bruce Batten along with member Tanya Gook who had done all the research, gave an interesting account of 14 graves within the cemetery that outlined information about the family buried and their cause of death as well as photos of the deceased and their homes. The audience was impressed with the courage and fortitude of these early pioneers from the district.
